Development Committee

In an effort to produce successful results for the entire industry on legislative and regulatory matters, the Development Committee exists to help defray costs and to bring in experts to help craft regulations and laws. This committees come with the expectation of time and financial contribution.

Distributed Generation

Scope includes rooftop solar, commercial and industrial solar installations. Policy focus includes specific Public Service Commission dockets, local municipal rulemaking, state administered programs and legislation. The DG Committee scope includes all community solar and solar for schools policies. Policy focus includes specific Public Service Commission dockets, local municipal rulemaking, state administered programs and legislation.

Utility Scale Renewables

This committee includes large scale renewable energy developments for utilities or at utility scale. Policy focus for solar, offshore wind, and green hydrogen scale projects includes transmission and distribution, with a primary focus on lawmaker education, protecting against political threats, and advancing offtake for utility scale renewables projects.
